#MuchMoreThanAGame

The Classic aims to strengthen existing relationships and form new ones between Ireland & U.S.

The #MuchMoreThanAGame initiative includes educational, cultural, academic, business and networking opportunities together with the traditional U.S. parades, pep rallies and tailgating parties that will help cement the long-lasting friendship between both countries.

The Irish Government supports the choice of Dublin as a destination for the series. Not only do these games greatly benefit Ireland, but they help to further showcase the strength of our Irish American bilateral relations.

The games offer huge publicity potential, practical economic benefits, and a genuine expression of the close ties between Ireland and the U.S. as well as providing a much-needed boost to Irelands’ tourism and hospitality sector.
